It is possible to book a pitch during the permitted periods by paying a deposit of approximately 30% of the price of the stay, to be paid withing 3 days of the request, otherwise the right to the reservation will be lost.

For the month of August, the minimum booking period is 7 days.
Delays of more than 24 hours that are not communicated to the management will result in the cancellation of the reservation.

If for any reason the customer is forced to cancel, the deposit will be refunded, minus €30.00 for administrative costs, provided that the cancellation is communicated to the campsite at least 45 days before the expected arrival date.

The balance is to be paid upon arrival after the acceptance procedures.

Delays on arrival and early departures must be promptly communicated to management and in any case will result in payment for the entire booked period.
The management reserves the right to assign pitches at their discretion.
Rates are per day, regardless of the time of entry.

Arrivals are allowed from 10:00 am to 9:00 pm and departures must be by 12:00 pm (for the month of August by 10:00 am).
By pitch we intend the space reserved for a tent/caravan/camper and veranda; additional equipment, such as a kitchen tent, gazebo or similar, can only be installed if they do not penalize adjacent pitch spaces.

The management reserves the right to remove such structures if they cause any inconvenience or limitations.

Cars must be parked in the designated area reserved for them.

At departure, the pitch must be clean and free of any objects or garbage bags, otherwise a cost of €20.00 will be charged.

It is mandatory to keep your pitch clean and tidy throughout your stay, respecting all other guests and for the decorum of the campsite itself.

For a stay in a caravan or mobile home, booking is mandatory with a deposit of 50% of the total stay price to be paid within 3 days from the request, otherwise the right to book is forfeited. The remaining balance must be paid upon arrival after completing the check-in formalities. Upon arrival, a deposit of € 200.00 for mobile homes and € 100.00 for caravans is required. The deposit will be refunded at the end of the stay, provided that no damage has been caused inside the accommodation units, after conducting the necessary checks. Any damage to the rented structure and its furnishings will be the responsibilities of the customer.

Late arrivals and early departures must be promptly communicated to the management and will in any case involve payment for the entire reserved period. Delays of more than 24 hours that are not communicated to the management will result in the cancellation of the reservation.

In case of cancellation, the deposit will be refunded, subtracting € 50.00 for administrative expenses, provided that the cancellation notice is received by the camping at least 45 days prior to the scheduled arrival date. It is prohibited to erect tents, gazebos, and/or similar equipment within the areas reserved for caravans and mobile homes. Mandatory supplement for final cleaning is € 50.00 for mobile homes and € 35.00 for caravans. During periods A and B, the minimum stay is 3 days. During periods C, D, and E, the minimum stay is 7 days and is intended from Saturday to Saturday. The price of the accommodation units includes: one parking space, a complete supply of pots and dishes (for caravans, only pots and cutlery), an equipped veranda, hot and cold water (for caravans, only cold water), gas, electricity consumption up to 14 kw per week, taxes, and VAT. The price of the housing units does not include the service of bed linen, which costs €10.00 per person per weekly change, and bathroom linen, which costs €10.00 per person per weekly change. For electricity consumption exceeding 14 kW per week, a cost of €0.35 per kW will be applied. For winter packages for a minimum of 30 nights, the total electricity consumption will be charged at a cost of €0.35 per kW, and the total gas consumption at a cost of €1.50 per liter.

Check-in is from 4:00 pm to 10:00 pm and check-out is at 10:00 am. The Management reserves the right to assign housing units at its discretion.
